Kiltarlity Community Council, Beauly Community Council and Pylon Pressure in association with Communities Against Pylons will present evidence on range of issues. Cairngorms Revolt Against Pylons will present evidence on undergrounding as a principle, cummulative impact, need for the line, strategic planning issues, and strategic impacts on the National Park. All of the above Statements of Case are also being presented on behalf of the umbrella organisation Scotland Before Pylons. The Beauly Denny Landscape Group which comprises The John Muir Trust, The National Trust for Scotland, The Ramblers Association Scotland, The Association for the Protection of Rural Scotland, Scotland Wild Land Group and The Mountaineering Council of Scotland will present evidence on landscape issues and the need for the line. Scottish Natural Heritage will present evidence on the route selection process, environmental impact assessment methodology, and impact to natural heritage interests.
